In addition to program design and facilitation, Emily is a Co-Active certified coach, working with leaders at all levels to step into their "Intuitive Leadership"— a space of effortless impact. Her passion for diversity and inclusion lead her to train with the renowned Lee Mun Wah, bringing mindful facilitation techniques to the most difficult conversations. Emily has worked for some of the largest Fortune 500 Companies in the world. As Director of Talent Development at Media Arts Lab (Apple’s agency of record), she lead the employee development and diversity programs for 700+ people worldwide, creating a series of successful training programs that expanded to multiple agencies across the Omnicom Network (Integer, TBWA, Chiat, GMR Marketing Group).
