Emily Miethner is passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals, which she does as the Founder and CEO of FindSpark, MCG Social, and as an adjunct professor. FindSpark has produced dozens of interactive career, diversity, and recruitment programs for their 24,000+ members and employers like L'Oreal, HBO, NBCUniversal, New York Times, The Odyssey, Blue Apron, and BuzzFeed. MCG Social, FindSpark's sister agency, provides social media, community, and millennial expertise with a focus on millennials to clients like Elizabeth Arden, Dylan’s Candy Bar, NBCUniversal, and Trojan. An educator at heart, Emily is also an adjunct professor, teaching career courses at multiple colleges.
