Emily McDonald is a City Operations Specialist at Ritual. She specialises in tech support and customer service to all merchant partners, working alongside account managers to help install with new merchants joining the app, maintaining and developing relationships along the way.
Coming from a Customer Service management background, she is passionate about the expansion of Ritual in Australia and the APAC region and supporting its ongoing growth through strengthening relationships.
Emily has an Honours degree in Textiles, Spatial and Graphic design from UNSW and was drawn to the tech industry because it's a new forum for bringing ideas and present-day solutions to life in the world of technology.
