Emily Bartha is a Data Scientist living in Austin. Coming from a background in Math and Statistics, she transitioned to Data Science because of the opportunity to combine more traditional statistics with computational methods to creatively solve real problems. Emily has worked as a Data Scientist at JP Morgan Chase and most recently, HomeAway. She is currently beginning a new journey as the first Data Scientist at Austin startup The Zebra. Emily is also the founder and organizer of the Aspiring Data Scientist Meetup in Austin.
