Since joining Knotel in June of 2017, Elliot has scaled the company from 40 to over 100 people and built a team with dedicated leads in recruiting, benefits and policies, organizational development, and L&D. Prior to Knotel, he worked as the Director of Talent at Success Academy Charter Schools and Global Health Strategies. Elliot received a Psychology degree from Brown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and began his career as a Teach For America corps member in New York City.
