At the top of her game at Bauer Media, Elleni Pearce had a lightbulb moment as she stood in her kitchen, surrounded by 50 unwanted vases after her 30th birthday celebration had ended. And LENZO was born – an online event marketplace where party planners can solve all their occasion needs in the one place. With over a decade of experience in advertising and a passion for all things events, Pearce’s business savvy catapulted her brand to dizzying heights within a few short years, with an admirable organic following on Instagram and celebs lining up to have their event styled by LENZO. Juggling two girls under the age of 5 and with an unparalleled level of perfectionism, Elleni grew LENZO from her Elwood home whilst on maternity leave. With a thriving team of seven now under her YSL belt, Elleni is a perfect example of having your (birthday) cake and eating it, too!
