Elle is a UX Designer who has had a lifelong interest in understanding what makes people tick. With an academic background in Psychology and Human Factors, Elle has led teams and projects for organisations in various industries such as aviation, government and rail, both within Australia and abroad.
After completing the UX Design Immersive in 2017, Elle jumped at the chance to become part of the GA team as an Instructional Associate, and make use of her experience in training and workshop facilitation to support the delivery of a UX Immersive course, a part-time course and a 1-week intensive course.
Elle is currently a UX designer at the Movember Foundation, combining her skillset with her passion for mental health to deliver a digital solution for men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
