I have an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Certificate in Human Factors – I’m all about user-centred design! I love delving into the mind of the customer and I believe that research and testing are key to discovering the behaviours and motivations required to deliver high quality, user-centred solutions that meet the needs of the user and the customer.
I am also a skilled facilitator with over five years of experience leading teams and projects for organisations in various industries such as aviation, government and rail, both within Australia and abroad.
