Elle started her career with Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2006 in operations and has since earned her way into people leadership positions. With a particular knack for strategy, Elle was most recently asked to manage the direction of ABI’s marketing team where she is establishing a productive and supportive environment for employees to feel excited by and empowered to tackle new challenges. Elle received an MBA from Washington University, St. Louis and a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. When Elle isn’t championing positive culture change at work, she’s chasing around her 6 and 4 year old kids, brewing Kombucha for her neighbors, and working on her children’s book series.
