Never one to only have one thing on the go, she launched The White Files, one of Australia’s most popular wedding blogs while she was juggling studying full time at University with three part-time jobs. She then went on to start her professional career as a ‘Future Leader’ at Sportsbet and joined their award winning and internationally infamous Public Relations and Social Media Team. Despite the vastly different industry to her passion project, this is when The White Files truly began to thrive.
In 2019 The White Files launched their debut bridal wear collection in collaboration with Melbourne based designer, Cathleen Jia. The collection marks a radical shift in the bridal industry with the designs being available exclusively online.
Most recently, Ella leveraged her PR and Marketing background and extensive experience in the wedding industry to launch her latest hustle, a boutique marketing agency ‘The Social Files’. The agency is already helping wedding and event businesses around the world thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
