Elizabeth is the founder of both Missblondeambition.com, a Wellness and Health blog conceived in 2014 after following her passion for writing it has now become an influential online wellness resource for chronic illness, allergies, and all things delicious.
She was first diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2015, and in 2017 she was officially diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) & Non-Allergic Rhinitis after suffering for 3 years. She uses her own experiences as well as her training through courses with Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania to educate others about living a healthy and toxic free life. Because of her new diagnosis, she has created her own beauty line Élloura Beauty after realizing that there was a major gap when it came to all-natural, fragrance-free beauty products.
In addition to running her own business, she is working on launching a new Podcast, and writing her first book!
