She also is a Director at Women Who Code NYC and is active in the React and JavaScript communities in NYC. Prior to Medium, she was an associate software engineer and then software engineer at Priceline. When she’s not coding and encouraging women to excel in their careers, she’s spending time with her 13-year old caique parrot, Donut.
