    Elisa Sepulveda is dedicated to empowering Hispanics and other underserved communities to create generational wealth through entrepreneurship. She is first generation American, with family hailing from Puerto Rico and Cuba. Elisa is currently the Managing Director of Texas for the Riveter, a community and coworking space by women for everyone. At the Riveter, she leads team to deliver programming to women and people of color to help them advance in their careers, regardless of industry, function, or company size. Elisa is also a Local Director for Founder Institute, a global idea stage accelerator program that is running in over 300 cities across the globe. Elisa is also a Notley Fellow, where she helps social impact companies and nonprofits grow their businesses and expand their impact.

    Elisa started her career in Austin after graduating with an MBA and Masters in Organizational Psychology from Cornell University. She moved to Texas with IBM as part of their general management rotational program. Elisa quickly fell in love with the active, outdoor lifestyle in Austin and decided to make it her home. Since working for IBM, she has worked in marketing, product management, and business development for different artificial intelligence companies, like Cognitive Scale and Galvanize. In her spare time, Elisa is an amateur equestrian, competing in local Hunter competitions with her thoroughbred Watson, and dog mom to her mini schnauzer Lola.
