Elisa is a Data Whisperer. She translates maths to English to turn data into decisions. She has an uncanny ability to use data, insights and advanced analytics to tell a compelling story. This has helped companies to focus and make the right decisions with clarity. She has worked across retail, grocery, FMCG, financial services, marketing, advertising, petrol and convenience. She has worked with Australia’s leading brands, large and small companies from SMEs to ASX10.

She is Co-Founder and Principal at Strategic Data Central, which provides data strategy, actionable insights and access to emerging advanced analytics technologies to small to medium sized businesses.

As an economist and merchant banker in her past life, she understands big picture macro strategy and how data connects to day to day execution to drive significant growth for her clients.

She is also a working mother of twin girls, with a passion for empowering women and girls to achieve the best vision of themselves and their world. In her spare time, she is present and plays ‘shop’ with her 5 year old girls.
