Originally born in Russia, Elina and her family immigrated to the US, bringing with her a creative curiosity. Big city living was always the dream, so settling in a thriving ecosystem like Chicago was a no brainer. Columbia College provided the big city school experience and furthered Elina’s curiosity in the creative field. She graduated with a degree in Advertising Design, eager to begin a new chapter in her life.

Now at the Creative Group-Robert Half, she has reached the level of Division Director for creative staffing, instilling that same creative curiosity into all of her candidate and client needs. While providing leadership to her team as a team as well as sourcing on her own, she has become the Chicago go-to for creative recruiting.

In her spare time she is a virtual reality enthusiast- hosting Chivr-Chicago Virtual Reality Meetups once a month at various Downtown technology firms. Connecting people and opportunities, it seems, has always been her professional passion.
