Elina Hu leads Product Management and Design at Spyce, an MIT-founded fast casual restaurant featuring a robotic kitchen. Previously, she was at Toast, where she Product Managed the Core POS products as the company grew from 175 to 1500 employees, and a Program Manager at edX, a non-profit MOOC provider founded by MIT and Harvard. Elina is a MIT Mechanical Engineering alum and General Assembly Product Design alum. Her passions outside of work include: surfing, snowboarding, travel, DIY projects, and watercolor painting.
