    Eli is a Senior Designer at Designit, a strategic design agency in Dallas, Texas. Eli helps companies incorporate human-centered design practices through rapid prototyping processes. He is passionate about collaboration and empowering cross-functional teams to work better together. Before joining Designit he facilitated innovation workshops for Voltage Control, where he led Design Sprints at Adobe, Humana, and Fidelity Investments. After that he founded Black Flag Design, a creative prototyping agency to help companies mitigate risky initiatives. His favorite project to talk about is a home services company that used augmented reality to transform homeownership. Eli is also proud of his time at the City of Austin where he designed street and tree standards for the largest land development code rewrite in Austin's History. His "college job" was designing and commercializing industrial products for emergency responders. Eli holds a Bachelors of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He also has half of a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
