Elantha Barry is the Director of Customer Success for Guideline, the first full-service 401(k) without management fees or hidden costs that allows small and medium sized businesses to offer 401(k) plans to their employees. Prior to Guideline, Elantha was an early employee at Counsyl, where she helped scale the client services, billing operations, and commercial learning and development functions. She hails from Massachusetts, where she also received her BS from Northeastern University.
