    Elaine is a front end developer on the outreach team for 18F, building accessible websites and writing inclusive messaging. 18F is part of the General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Service that partners with federal agencies to build, buy, and share efficient and easy-to-use digital services. Prior to 18F, Elaine was the Recording Operations Manager for StoryCorps, its focus and mission is on the collecting, sharing, and preserving of people’s stories.

    During all other hours you can find Elaine recharging their heart and soul by reading comic books, obsessing about Harry Potter 10 years after the hype, and hosting dinner parties.
