Ektaa is a creative coach, human-centered designer, strategic advisor, and facilitator. She has spent the better half of two decades helping leaders and their organizations around the world to create products, brands, experiences and practices. The core of every organizational transformation she helps is to put purpose and the people behind that purpose first.
While running the creative direction at Landor Associates, India, she worked with several Fortune 500 companies to help lead their brand transformation journeys from strategy to CX to service design. One of those clients was Landor itself, expanding its services into digital. She was also responsible for its expansion across South Asia. Upon her return to The United States, she joined IDEO.Org as Creative Director to help set-up their New York studio. Once up, she designed and pushed forward a reading movement specifically for refugees in Syrian camps.
Whether it’s designing a new social entrepreneurship program for Google or working on UX for the Inscape meditation app, Ektaa facilitates multi-disciplinary teams to help problem-solve, design and deliver simple solutions to complex challenges.
Before, during, and after she founded agencies, launched projects, and counseled leaders, Ektaa has also worked in brand and design agencies such as Momentum, McCann Worldwide, Spike-DDB, and Kraftworks. Some of the diverse brands she has worked on have included Inscape, Intellecap, RNW-Netherlands, Coca-Cola, Mahindra, Vespa, American Express, The Guggenheim Museum, Piramal Group, Frontier Markets, Barista, Tata Group of Companies, House of Anita Dongre, Eicher, The Park Hotels, Johnson & Johnson and Saks Fifth Avenue. But her favorite brand is always whatever's next, because for her, the journey of solving a problem is her favorite part.
