Ee Ling is the co-founder of Wavesparks, an entrepreneurship platform providing end-to-end accelerator programs and innovation training, mentorship, and networks; and host of Young Founders Summit, a startup pre-accelerator program for pre-university students in Greater Asia that provides aspiring teenage founders with entrepreneurship bootcamps and mentorship to launch impact-based startups.
In her prior role as Head of Market Launch at 500 Global, a Silicon Valley-based VC fund, Ee Ling led 70+ startup and innovation programs in rising startup ecosystems globally, supporting founders in Saudi Arabia, Korea, Egypt, Georgia, Canada, Israel, Taiwan, Japan, and more.
She is a Board Director of raiSE (Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise), Council Member of Singapore’s National Youth Fund, and is also recognized as Bett Asia EdTech 10 and Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech. Prior to starting her first edutech startup, Ee Ling was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
