Eden Holt is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon. Her project management style is inspired by her background in Sociology and her fascination with Systems Theory and Swarm Theory. Managing diverse programs focused on unblocking dev teams, Eden works with mangers and executive leaders to leverage energy towards creating the optimal work environment.
Eden believes in the power of teams and in the role of a leader in cultivating teams that can do awesome things together. In teaching at GA Eden hopes to empower project and program managers to think broadly about the projects they manage, their impact on their organization, and their ability to inspire people on project teams to execute in the most efficient and fun ways.
A former lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Forces, Eden is trained in leadership and operations management. She is a GA alum herself completing a Product Management 10 week course. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and most recently served on the Project Management Book of Knowledge 7th Edition review team.
