Dwayne started his career in the nascent ‘multimedia’ industry in London in 1991. After graduating with a BA (Hons.) in Graphic Design from the University of Brighton he worked for several years alternating between traditional graphic design and the burgeoning interactive world of CD-ROMs and kiosks. His career spans work at several design and publishing firms and experience with his own consultancy as well as startups in the US. He joined Isobar Hong Kong at the end of 2000 as Creative Director before moving on to Managing Director in 2010 and then to his current role, overseeing Regional experience design work across APAC.
Dwayne’s passion is in design and building interactive experiences. A mix of creative, strategy and just enough technology to be dangerous, Dwayne is fascinated by the balance of design and behaviours required today for successful digital work.
When not working or travelling, Dwayne spends time with his 2 children, buying electronic music online, and generally trying to work his way through his ever-expanding library of books.
