Duval Bodden

Professor, Mercy College

New York City

Duval Bodden is a professor in the Department of Communication and the Arts at Mercy College and the Assistant Director of Stuyvesant High School’s nationally ranked speech and debate team. As a speech coach, he has helped high school and college students prepare and deliver winning speeches and presentations for the National Speech and Debate Association, the American Forensics Association, and the Intel Science Talent Search. Since earning his graduate degree in speech communication, he has taught public speaking workshops and seminars at the University of Texas at Austin, California State University, and his alma mater, George Mason University.
