Dustin Gee is the Head of Employer Development & Engagement at Berklee College of Music in the Office of Career Strategy and Services. Over the past six years, Dustin has worked at Harvard University, New York University, and the Institute of International Education in career development, recruiting, national fellowship advising, and federal government grant management.
Dustin's expertise is in coaching college populations and experienced professionals on career vision, job search strategies, resume preparation, and more seeking a career in technology, engineering, healthcare, the life sciences, music business, entertainment and the performing arts. Well versed on top recruiting trends and emerging professions, Dustin takes a personal approach to working with clients in evaluating their strengths, experiences and self presentation to identify what can be elevated to move one's personal brand forward, overcome obstacles, and maximize the use of helpful resources.
Dustin holds an M.A. in higher education and student affairs from New York University and a B.A. in communication and writing from Juniata College.
