Dustin Gee is a globally-minded career consultant and leader in career services, recruiting and people management. In his role at Berklee, he helps emerging artists and creative industry professionals define, develop and realize their career potential with greater intention and purpose and leads industry relations for the Office of Career Strategy & Services. Previously, he worked at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, New York University, and the Institute of International Education in career education, talent pipeline development, and international academic exchange program management.

Well versed on recruiting trends and emerging professions, Dustin takes a personal approach to working with clients on applying their skills, overcoming career hurdles, identifying hidden talents, and leveraging networks to reach their full potential in their desired profession. He partners with clients from diverse backgrounds, industries and experience levels on interview preparation, job search tactics, career transitions, resume building, personal branding and more.

Dustin holds an M.A. in higher education and student affairs from New York University and a B.A. in communication and writing from Juniata College. He lives in Marlborough, MA with his husband and two foster children.
