Drew has been a part of the FullContact team since 2014. After starting as an Account Executive, he was picked to build and lead the Business Development team. In that role, Drew was frequently noted for his open and candid communication and leadership style. In an effort to better apply that style throughout the organization, Drew was named FullContact's Chief of Staff at the beginning of 2016 and Head of HR later in the year. In his role as Chief of Staff & Head of HR, Drew is a key stakeholder in preserving FullContact’s culture as the company grows, while ensuring that the trains keep moving on time and that objectives are met, while valuing each individual's contribution. Prior to joining FullContact, Drew lived in Virginia where he was a firefighter and sales professional before moving to Colorado to pick up his MBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership.
