Dr. Samantha-Rae Dickenson is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) strategist with 11+ years of professional and educational experience in many different industries, including Biomedical Science & Research, Public Health Education. As the CEO and Lead consultant at her firm DSRD Consulting, she helps organizations invest in their marginalized employees to promote inclusion and increase employee engagement.
She is also the Principal DEI Strategist and Manager of the Black Employment Portfolio at The National Institutes of Health. She works to identify and remove barriers that negatively affect the Black population at the Agency and create a more inclusive work environment.
