A Ph.D. in Political Economics by education, his corporate background ranges from strategy consulting with The Boston Consulting Group to developing the digital strategy for Credit Suisse, where he was also executing large-scale global delivery projects.
With his first company started as a student, Florian has seen both failure and success as a founder across different industries. He knows the emotionally taxing struggle of building and growing a company first-hand and what it requires to bring an idea from possibility into reality.
His work in FinTech has been focused on Digital Wealth Management and Mobile Banking, aiming to unlock unique client experiences by leveraging technology.
Today he aims to be a driver of change, bringing his experience to established companies and startups as an advisor and mentor, along with running his own ventures.
