She has crafted experiences for healthcare, accounting and banking applications as well as games. Coming from a technical background, she takes pride in dissecting complex systems and coming up with simplified solutions and yet, achieving business and users’ needs. She has designed and conducted multiple user research and usability testings within multiple software development lifecycles. She believes that diving deeper into how people act and think is the only key to discovering new value propositions and anticipating users’ needs for her design.
