Donald Lim heads the User Experience team for DigitasLBi Hong Kong. During his two years with the agency, Lim has been credited for developing the experience design capabilities and growing the UX team into one of the biggest in Hong Kong. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Lim has acquired experience in information architecture, design, data and technology to help global clients such as Cathay Pacific, Shangri-la and HSBC. A graduate of the Stanford University Management Science and Engineering, Lim returned to Singapore in 2008 and co-founded, Savant Degrees, a digital design thinking firm that worked with clients such as Nike, Converse, Sony and P&G.
