Compology Vice President of Business Development, Don Gambelin, is a subject matter expert on franchise operations and contracts and has extensive experience in addressing sustainability and zero waste objectives through public-private partnering on waste collection and recycling. Gambelin has 30 years experience in the waste and recycling industry as a consultant and industry executive working for Allied Waste, Republic Services, and Recology. His expertise has been sought internationally and in developing countries. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Planning and Management from U.C. Davis and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
