I'm currently a Sr. Manager of Team Operations for the Toronto Ultra and Toronto Defiant, OverActive Media's franchises in the Call of Duty League and Overwatch League respectively. As one of three ops leaders for our North American franchises, I support day-to-day logistics, out-of-game planning, and execution of our strategies. I also act as a conduit between our franchise teams, business teams, and leagues, driving collaboration and open, effective communication between all stakeholders.
