In his current role as Senior vice President & Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Dentsu Aegis Network, the fifth largest media & advertising holding company globally, he manages the diversity & inclusion strategy, partnerships and overall incorporation into all the Dentsu Network brands for the Americas. DK was previously VP & Head of Talent Acquisition where he successfully manages the Dentsu Americas talent acquisition team and created the Center of Excellence, that lead to Dentsu Aegis becoming and employer of choice.
