Dipa Swaminathan wears many hats. She is a Harvard -educated lawyer, proud mother to two teenage boys, a home maker and closet interiors designer but perhaps best known as the founder of Itsrainingraincoats, an initiative to help migrant workers in Singapore. What started as a one woman initiative has now become a national movement. Itsrainingraincoats has won many awards along the way and is fully volunteer lead and run. Dipa was name one of Asia’s most influential in the impact space for 2020 by Tatler.
