Diego’s profession experience spans several fields and industries, including data science, federal consulting, journalism, and advertising.
He is currently a Data Scientist within Deloitte, working to optimize legacy data management practices within federal agencies, and better align their workforce through data modeling and analytics.
Diego joined Deloitte after completing General Assembly’s Data Science bootcamp in 2017, where he explored statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, with an interest in real estate data. His involvement with GA also includes teaching; in 2018 Diego co-instructed one of the part-time Data Science courses, and the Python workshop. He is skilled in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Prior to General Assembly, Diego spent five years in digital advertising and led various search and social media campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
In his spare time, Diego codes, cooks, Birds around DC, and is learning to speak Georgian.
