Leading the ICA Accelerator since its inception, she created its overall infrastructure and her continued involvement ensures that the program continues to be relevant for entrepreneurs in a rapidly changing region. Under her leadership, the companies of the ICA Accelerator have combined revenues of $40M, have unlocked $18M in growth capital, created and retained 395 Bay Area jobs.
