Diane Mensah is the founder of Work In Progress, a platform that curates online and offline career coaching and mentorship experiences. Her career has taken her from London, Abu Dhabi, Beijing, Hong Kong and then back again. Realising that many people struggle to find passion and purpose in their careers and don't have resources to turn to, Diane completed a Masters in Psychology in 2018 while simultaneously creating the WIP platform to make career coaching more affordable and accessible for young professionals.
