Diana is born and raised in Los Angeles, CA with family roots from Guadalajara Mexico. She has lived in LA & NYC and just relocated to Austin, Texas. She is extremely passionate about her culture, enjoys traveling, listening to podcasts (Latina, Finance, crime & culture are her fave), and just helping to inspire the youth.
She has over 10 years of marketing experience, with expertise in digital marketing, multicultural marketing, branding & social media, and DEI. She is currently Global Diversity Employer Brand Marketing Manager at Facebook and a lead for the Facebook Employee Resource Group Latin@ in Austin.
She is also the Founder of Ms. Informed Latina, & Podcast Host, which is an online platform/resource dedicated to helping inform young Latinas & disenfranchised communities about finances, career & health to help these communities make more informed decisions to live a much more prosperous & purposeful life.
Lastly, she is also the creator of Sol y Mar Management. Branding and social media management consultancy focused on helping small Latinx-owned businesses scale and grow through strategic social media best practices and marketing fundamentals.
