Dhakshy is the Cofounder and Director of YLab, a social enterprise of the Foundation for Young Australians. YLab seeks to bring together a network of young people to be effective systems thinkers and take on the most pressing challenges of our time. At YLab young people are not a problem to be solved; they are at the forefront of building the new systems that shape our world.
Dhakshy is recovering civil engineer/management consultant and yoga teacher. She has led the design of large scale programs for young people such as $20 Boss. She has worked in social impact and sustainability for a wide range of organisations including the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR) in Fiji, Net Balance, Small Giants, and Sinclair Knight Merz (now Jacobs).
