Devika is an accomplished Engineering leader who has built scalable platforms and teams for Internet consumer facing products.
She is currently the Director of Messaging & Customer Contact Engineering at Netflix - she leads the engineering teams that build the product and platform for communicating with hundreds of millions of customers globally to drive acquisition & retention.
Before Netflix, Devika built the first Web Search monetization product at Inktomi from ground up. At Yahoo, she led the Sponsored Search Serving platform that drove an annual revenue stream in excess of 1 Billion dollars, managing a diverse, geographically distributed team.
Devika is a public speaker and panelist who has presented at conferences such as Amazon:reInvent as well as the Twilio Signal Keynote. She is also a mentor at BRIIA, an Intelligence Innovation Accelerator.
