Devesh Desai is design research manager in the Data Group at Microsoft where he helps bridge user needs with business realities. His experience spans 15+ years, working initially within agencies and recently within corporations. He has conducted research in critical care units inside hospitals, fast food restaurant kitchens, aircraft cockpits, and homes of mental health patients. He is a designer by training and researcher by practice.
