Desiree is a Principal Value Consultant at Genesys Telecommunications where she helps prospective customers quantify business value for technological improvements. She has previously also worked as a business analyst helping department leads define their business questions and visualize their (often messy) data. Prior to Genesys, Desiree worked as a consultant analyzing pharmaceutical sales data. She created her first Excel workbook when she was 12 and majored in Health and Economics at Brandeis University years later.
