    Denise Villamil is currently a Program Manager for GRYD Prevention Services at Alma Family Services and has worked with the GRYD Program for 9 years. Denise earned her Bachelors Degree in Chicana/o Studies and Masters Program in Public Administration and has dedicated over a decade of working with youth and families in diverse communities. She has worked for non profits serving the Valley and Eastside communities of Los Angeles. Denise has worked for the City of LA's Mayors Office of Public Safety providing oversight and support for agencies throughout the city. She has also done consulting in El Salvador, providing her expertise in youth development and working with gender specific populations. Denise is an alumni of and an Executive Board Member for Girls Today Women Tomorrow where she has helped with program development and organizational structure to help further establish GTWT and continues to be an active leader in the community.
