Delaney Workman. Delaney is a professionally trained chef that has worked in kitchens around Boston and Chicago. She studied at Ireland's renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School under the instruction of Darina Allen, receiving Certificates in Culinary Arts and Wine, has a Master's Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from Tufts University, and Bachelor's from George Washington University in International Food Security. Delaney believes a comprehensive, well-rounded education is necessary to sustainably plant, harvest, cook, and feed, and spent a year volunteering on organic farms in Europe and the US. She can often be found feeding friends and family and is thrilled to share her knowledge and expertise with the General Assembly community.
