Previously she led Business Insurance’s Diversity and Inclusion Institute as Director of Engagement and Marketing; where she developed strategies, partnerships, and PR for the insurance industry to collaboratively promote diversity and inclusion. Previously she worked as a Casualty Broker managing complex accounts at Marsh and Aon.
Deidre is a member of the Insurance Supper Club and has served as Co-Chair of San Francisco's Dive In Fest, National African American Insurance Associations' Emerging Leaders Committee, and as a member of Risk & Insurance Management Society's Rising Risk Professionals Board.
