Dee Gosney
Head of Content Planning, HSBC

Dee Gosney is Head of Content Planning, Digital Communications within HSBC’s Global Communications team. She is one half of a job-share partnership and recently co-founded FLEX, a 1,000-strong employee network in the UK to unite and give voice to HSBC’s community of flexible workers.
Dee works as part of the team which produces HSBC NOW TV, a multi award-winning global news channel, and recently led the launch of the bank’s first global employee video app, HSBC NOW Share. She has built her 10-year career at HSBC whilst working part-time, and is a passionate advocate of the benefits of flexible working.
