Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dee Cheung has been a yoga teacher and pioneer in the health and wellness industry, working with moms and babies all the way up to teenagers, using yogas as her main tool. She co founded SUP YOGA HK in 2013 with Nadine Bubner and has recently run their first teacher training. She is passionate about yoga as a way to gain awareness in the body as well as balance for the mind. She gave a TEDxYOUTH talk 8 months pregnant at HKIS on the effects of meditation and sees the benefits of mindfulness through yoga, meditation and float therapy for all ages.
