Dr. Deborah Ko has over a decade of experience in delivering successful quantitative and qualitative research solutions for Fortune 500 companies to help them gain a deeper understanding of consumer behaviour, beliefs and shift in norms. She works closely with clients to identify opportunity areas and develop innovation strategies based on key insights. She obtained her PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley specializing in cultural differences in digital communication and persuasion. She has presented talks on Audience Engagement and Digital Behaviour in conferences such as Ad:Tech, Asia Customer Festival, Youth Marketing & Engagement, and E-Commerce Asia. As a former adjunct professor in international top-tier research universities (UC Santa Barbara, HKU, CUHK, and City University HK), she has educated on topics ranging from Digital Media and E-Marketing to Business Psychology.
