David worked at Citibank for several years as a derivatives margin analyst. After deciding to explore new fields, he completed a coding boot camp with Launch Academy in 2015. Shortly after he found a job as a full stack developer for an apartment search startup called CitySpade. He also freelanced for a company called sp0n, who has developed a crime awareness app. Currently, David is still working at sp0n as a full time backend engineer.
