David has expertise in Project and Portfolio Management and implementing financial governance to improve business performance and ensuring alignment of the right resources to right project/programs at the right time. David specialises in Portfolio Planning, Program Management and Business Agility. David is currently a Project Execution Assurance Lead at RBC, where he provides consulting, coaching, and training to Project Managers and Program Managers. David is active in the community, and He currently serves on the board of Horizons for Youth - a shelter for at-risk and homeless youth between the ages of 16-24 years old in Toronto that provides youth with the support they need to escape from the cycle of poverty and leave the streets behind. He is also the founder of the Fresh Start Hub, a platform dedicated to helping newcomers, immigrants and international students achieve their career goals faster through free initiatives like the Freshstart podcast, the Freshstart mentorship program, the Freshstart career information sessions, workshops and events. David received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Business, a post graduate degree in International Business Management and a Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Smith School of Business (Queen’s University).
