Finally, in Parma, Italy he switched to it as a career and continued working in kitchens and farms until he landed in Denver. After many more culinary positions he saw just how poorly everyone communicated and started To Market to alleviate the friction between food purchasers and purveyors of all types. Wanting to make food better not just in one kitchen, but in the whole community To Market has been picking up steam connecting those who make the best food in Colorado with those who grow it.
